How can I make sure I get the most from my CRA benefits?

It’s easy! You can schedule a brief call with your Member Success Manager to discuss your needs and review the benefits available to you.

question mark How long will it take to get a reply from the CRA Helpline?
  The CRA Helpline is open from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. When you reach out, the Helpline will respond within 1-2 business days. You can find out more about the CRA Helpline.
question mark How can I connect with a CRA Marketplace to check their discounts or services?
  If you want to connect with a CRA Marketplace partner, you have a couple of options. You can fill out a request form at the bottom of the information pages. Alternatively, you can email membership@calrest.org if you have any questions or needs.
question mark What are the CRA Industry Insights?
  They are an online library offering legal reports and articles tailored to the restaurant industry. Created by our Legal and Marketplace partners, these resources provide valuable guidance on common legal issues facing restaurant owners and operators.
question mark I need help! I haven’t received any emails or letters from the CRA. What should I do?
  First, check your member portal to confirm your mailing address is correct. Second, check your spam filters and make sure that emails from @calrest.org are whitelisted.
