Rachel Campana is based in the Sacramento area and is a Territory Manager for the California Restaurant Association. Her background in sales, business operations, startups, and hospitality has given her a practical, people-first approach and a deep appreciation for the dedication it takes to build and grow a business.

Hospitality has been a constant throughout her career, beginning with her first job at Beach Hut Deli. Even as her career expanded into fast-paced startup environments and business legal formation, she continued working in restaurants, catering, and hospitality because she genuinely loved the industry. No matter where her career took her, Rachel was always drawn back to the people, energy, and sense of connection at the heart of hospitality.

At CRA, she loves bringing people together, connecting them with resources and relationships that genuinely support them, and finding ways to strengthen the industry.

When she’s not working, Rachel is a mom of two and is usually planning the family’s next food adventure, often with help from her oldest daughter, a self-proclaimed foodie. Together, they love exploring local restaurants, trying new flavors, and discovering their next favorite spot.
