San Diego Chapter
Get to know the San Diego Chapter
The CRA’s San Diego Chapter brings together a network of industry leaders to connect, collaborate, give back to the local community, and learn about issues affecting them. We are active in community and philanthropic events across San Diego. The Chapter’s Education Committee participates in events benefiting the culinary arts programs at local high schools, the hospitality and tourism management program at San Diego State University and assists in planning the Annual High School Hospitality Conference for high school students to learn, hands-on, about the hospitality industry as a whole. In addition, we organize San Diego Restaurant Week in the Spring and Fall, host the Annual Gold Medallion Awards Dinner, and many other events throughout the year to give our members the opportunity to come together to build relationships, share ideas and have fun! The San Diego Chapter also has an active Government Affairs Committee that works to inform the chapter of ongoing legislation and encourages its members to unify to act on issues involving all aspects of the restaurant industry.
