As CRA’s Senior Member Services Manager, Jackie Gutierrez has been the heart of member support since 2001. With 24 years of dedication to the restaurant industry, she manages the Member Helpline and Legal Center Program serving as the go-to resource for all member questions and needs. If she doesn’t have the answer, she’ll find someone who does. Outside the CRA, Jackie enjoys traveling along the California coast, spending time with her family, and going to the movies.
