Erin Mascho
California Restaurant Foundation, Director of Development
Erin Mascho is the Sr. Director of Development at the California Restaurant Foundation (CRF), where she leads fundraising efforts that power the Foundation’s signature programs: ProStart, college access, and Restaurants Care. A graduate of the ProStart program at La Quinta High School, Erin went on to receive a CRF scholarship and earn both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Hospitality Management from Cal Poly Pomona. Erin has been enthusiastically involved with the Foundation as a student, volunteer and now staff member. She is passionate about restaurants and the people who work in them!
