Get to know the CRA Certified Employee Training Programs

The CRA Certified Employee Training Program is a great resource for restaurants interested in increasing productivity and employee morale while improving the safety of their employees and customers. CRA helps restaurants better serve their customers by providing up-to-date, job-specific training that eliminates guesswork and empowers employees to perform their jobs confidently and safely.
Benefits of providing the CRA Certified Training Program to employees:
- Reduced turnover. The Program builds confidence and enhances motivation, creating happy, positive employees with a can-do, service-oriented attitude, which in turn makes the restaurant a more enjoyable environment for its customers.
- Increased productivity. The Program increases the available skills of employees as the program teaches all aspects of the restaurant, which contributes to increased productivity to improve the restaurant’s bottom line.
- Improved skills. The Program’s courses will help close the skills gap throughout the restaurant. It presents employees with the opportunity to learn about their job as well as other jobs in the restaurant.
- Reduced accidents. The safety and sanitation courses available in the Program will help reduce employee and customer injuries by teaching about common potential dangers in the restaurant and providing safety tips to avoid them.
The CRA has created two tracks of the Certified Employee Training Program. One for the Front of House and another for the Back of House. When companies sign up for the Program, both tracks are automatically added to the account so courses can be assigned to employees based upon their position in the restaurant.

The CRA Certified Employee Training Program is a great way for anyone either currently in or seeking to enter the restaurant industry. This Certification will show your employer or potential employer that you have taken the steps necessary to perform at the highest level in the restaurant. You will learn various skill sets that are required to be successful in the restaurant industry.

No matter the size of your restaurant we’ve got the subscription type to meet your needs.
Sign up today! You will be able to assign the main profile during the registration process.
After the main profile has been granted access to the training system, they will be able to invite learners to take the courses.

Under this plan, you may pay your CRA Training System portal subscription with either a credit card or debit card that will be charged on or around the 25th of each month.
