The California poster, which can be purchased in the CRA's online store under "compliance," features some major changes and updates. Three sections of the poster reflect newly added protected rights for employees, including discrimination, workers' compensation and paid leave notices. The State of California requires that these notices be posted for employees so that they can be informed of these new protections.
The posters are $29.95 per poster for CRA members, and $39.95 for non-members. They are available in English or Spanish. The Spanish-language poster is mandatory if more than 10 percent of the restaurant employees are Spanish-speaking.
