The comprehensive survey will cover a range of topics, including familiarity with the CRA and CRA Educational Foundation’s functions, value and lineup of products, services and programs.
“We highly value our members and want to ensure we’re doing everything we can to support them as they run their businesses,” CRA Director of Member Development David Murillo said. “Many thanks in advance to everyone who participates in helping us shape a better association.”
For the next two weeks, randomly selected CRA members will be called by a representative from the Field Co. Participants are highly encouraged to be as forthright as possible, and offer any insight into their views of the CRA and is effect on business. The survey was designed to be short in length, so as not to interrupt operators’ busy schedules.
Information gleaned from the survey will be used by the CRA’s staff and Board of Directors to develop the association’s overall strategy in the coming years.
