Webinar: Dive into restaurant sales trends Tuesday
The California Restaurant Association (CRA) and MasterCard Advisors will host a webinar at 9 a.m. Tuesday that will explore specific sales data based on actual consumer spending. MasterCard’s market share allows the company to offer statistically significant business intelligence to the industry based on credit card usage.
“Sales data is invaluable to a restaurant operator to know how their restaurant is faring compared to their competition down the street, as well as understand why and how customers spend what they spend,” CRA President + CEO Jot Condie.
The webinar will cover topics including how local and statewide spending stacks up compared to national trends, as well as consumer spending patterns.
