Restaurant teams on board for Culinary Clash: Battle Anaheim
The California Restaurant Association Educational Foundation’s (CRAEF) Culinary Clash: Battle Anaheim event is still months away, but 10 California restaurant companies have already stepped up, filling the event roster.
The teams include:
- BJ’s Restaurants
- Cohn Restaurant Group
- Daily Grill
- Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar
- Lawry’s Restaurants
- Maria’s Italian Kitchen
- Real Mex Restaurants
- Roy’s Restaurants
- Ruth's Chris Steak House
- Yard House Restaurants
The inaugural Culinary Clash event is an exciting fundraiser pitting familiar corporate chefs and executives against each other in “pan-to-pan” combat. ProStart students will work side-by-side as sous chefs as they work to produce an amuse buche and an entrée in 45 minutes on two simple butane burners. Secret ingredients may make an appearance to either aid or hinder the teams.
