California restaurants will add 41,700 jobs this summer, according to recent National Restaurant Association (NRA) projections. California will create more summer jobs than any other state, which will collectively add 448,000 jobs nationwide.

Now available: Chemical warning law compliance posters

Recently, an alarming number of Proposition 65 notice filings and lawsuits have targeted restaurants in California. Restaurants must display compliance posters clearly for patrons establishment when serving alcohol or certain menu items. The California Restaurant Association (CRA) has released updated legal guidance on Proposition 65, as well as compliant postings for restaurants in its online store.
