Take action: Support debit card interchange fees and credit card usage rules language

The House and Senate are in conference to draft final fnancial reform legislation. The Senate bill includes a provision that would allow the Federal Reserve to regulate interchange or "swipe" fees on debit cards. In addition, merchants could set minimum transaction amounts on credit card transactions and have more freedom to choose their preferred method of payment.
