Every CRA member qualifies for 15 minutes of free labor law advice per month through the CRA Member Helpline in partnership with the CRA's Endorsed Labor Law Attorneys.

Written Safety and Hazard Communication Programs (required for all establishments)

California Senate Bill 198 requires all California employers to “establish and maintain effective injury prevention programs.” An important part of this bill requires general safety training to cover the hazards that are inherent to all places of employment and specific training to cover hazards that are unique to each employee’s job assignment.
