Since the California Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (CRAEF) began funding the education of our industry’s future leaders in 1981, we’ve seen a whole lot of talent. Thanks to our generous scholarship and endowment donors, this year we will surpass the $1 million mark in total funds awarded.
