The CRA supports this ongoing quest for excellence by providing a one-stop shop for direct training services, an extensive referral program and discounted prices. ProStart
Aligned with the National Restaurant Association's ProStart® program, CRAEF offers a two-year vocational training program to high school students, giving them a jump start on the practical education necessary to succeed in the restaurant and hospitality industries.
