CRA Announces Partnership with EMPLOYERS®, New Workers’ Comp Program for Members
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
December 19, 2007
Sacramento, Calif. – The California Restaurant Association (CRA) today announced EMPLOYERS as its new “endorsed provider” for workers’ compensation insurance. EMPLOYERS will provide CRA members with an exclusive discounted price on workers’ compensation insurance above and beyond its already low rates.
With a specific focus on small businesses, EMPLOYERS insures more than 4,500 hospitality and food service-related businesses. Because of this, EMPLOYERS has a unique knowledge of the ins and outs of industry-specific issues and scenarios.
“It was important for the CRA to find a partner that would offer a competitive workers’ compensation product to our members,” said CRA President and CEO Jot Condie. “The CRA chose EMPLOYERS as its exclusive carrier because of its dedication to providing California restaurants with highly successful insurance programs.”
In addition to competitive rates and specialized service, eligible CRA members also qualify for an exclusive CRA rate credit and flexible payment plans. EMPLOYERS will launch its exclusive CRA member program on January 1.
