The CRA offers its members a new group medical program with a variety of options below market value and specially tailored to your needs. In conjunction with Western Growers Assurance Trust (WGAT) and medical benefits provider eGroupBenefits.com, the CRA has formed a competitive medical product designed exclusively for the hospitality industry.* This plan offers coverage for groups of all sizes.* A variety of plan designs are offered to meet your specific business needs. Flexible employer contribution plans are also available.
The CRA is also pleased to offer a new health plan benefit designed specifically for non-managerial employees. Available through the CRA-endorsed WGAT, this Blue Cross insurance product is a conventional health plan (not a discount plan) with first-dollar prescription coverage, full doctor and hospitalization benefits and lower premiums made possible through a lowered lifetime maximum limit.**

*CRA members that access the WGAT product must become members of Western Growers at a special discounted rate of $29 per month, paid annually.
** WGAT plans provide access to the Blue Cross Prudent Buyer network of hospitals and physicians. As part of this arrangement, WGAT is unable to offer coverage to members who are currently covered by Blue Cross.
