A: The FIT training may be hosted in the school culinary classroom, auditorium, library – any location which will accommodate the number of students planning on attending the training.
Q: What technology or room requirements are there to host the training?
A: The training is on a PowerPoint Presentation so a screen, projector and computer are required. The curriculum will be provided to each school to access via a link to a drop box (online file sharing). We suggest downloading the curriculum to the computer to be used for FIT. The room may be set up in classroom or theater style seating – whatever suits the room. Please ensure students may see the screen. If it is a large room, you may want to provide a microphone for the presenter.

A: As many as your space can accommodate.
Q: Can non-ProStart students participate in the training?
A: The training is reserved for ProStart/culinary students.
